Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Product pictures are as provided from the supplier, the products should be the exact same however there may be slight differences to the physical item.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will be emailed an invoice/receipt.
How can I return an item?
Returns on used products are not accepted, we will only do a swap out on defected goods out of the box. No returns after 3 days.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, unless an item is discontinued, however that will then be removed from the site.
Where can I ship my order?
We will send you a quote including delivery fee, alternaively you may arrange your own courier for collection.
